Last week the media stories about the airport rail project suddenly being indefinitely delayed didn't stop the govt from pissing money up a wall by delivering two almost identical DL flyers to locals about the works that now aren't going to happen anytime soon standard.As v/x mandates continue to drop away, mainly due to severe staffing issues, there are rumours VicPol is now so desperate they are looking at reducing the psych assessment standards for recruits & word is they've even called up some people who have previously failedThis level of desperation is supported by the record number of vacancies currently happening in country VIC where VicPol seem to be totally unable to find staff. Why lowering the psych assessment standard could be seen as a viable method to resolve this is.. questionable at best.Many are dropping mandates due to 'science' aka staff shortages but there's others still dealing with different fallouts from them. Rumour is that FRV has very, very quietly approved a number of WorkCover claims for staff who suffered debilitating effects from the mandates.Special Mothers Day mention to Ben Carroll's mum who is apparently known for going off in the local Facebook groups if anyone dares to post something that could be seen as criticising her boy or Labor policies.. but also posts his content relentlessly mums are a special breed!
