    "Daniel Andrews can fine me into financial ruin. He can jail me forever. But I will be spending Father's Day on Sunday with my daughters, regardless of his restrictions. Only in Victoria are such visits banned. How dare the Premier so casually disregard our civil liberties and democratic rights. They are never negotiable."
