andrews was chair of the canbnet of the so called group of 'collective decision makers' of which he was one of. and as he has said in his sworn testimony ,' i am ultimately responsible for the decisions made' thus he would know who made all the key decisions and his position therefore is untenable and he MUST resign in disgrace
