For those who dont know
DAP = 1.7 x RP + .44 sulphur+ .22 ammonia + $50 processing
IE
RP = (DAP-.44S-.22A-50)/1.7
= (272-.44x50- .22x210-50)/1.7
= 90.47
This RP price tells us where the true price of RP is based
on DAP which continues to fall infact the headline from
fertlizer week is "DAP is crashing".No wonder the
instos didnt want to give MAK any money instead they
have come begging to the naive shareholders.If you
think youll make money from the SPP then I suggest
you dont spend it in advance.
