There is no face-to-face meeting. If there is any suggestion on their part, the priority of the state government is on people's safety.Wan Rosdy was met after witnessing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between DSA Development Sdn Bhd (DSA Development) and Trinidad Group, Shimao Star Hotel Group and Go Steam Cell Holdings to develop 'The Richz Eco Tourism and Golden Age Retirement City' (The Richz ) is here today.Wan Rosdy said this when asked to comment on a recent newspaper report, claiming that five locations in Pahang were identified to be PDFs of Lynas-produced WLP waste. The report claimed that the five locations were sites of former gold and iron mines in Lepar, Luit, Padang Tengku, Bukit Ibam and Chini and said the parties were conducting the investigation before finalizing.Meanwhile, DSA Development Major-General (Retired) Chairman Datuk Shahrudin Mohd Ali said the development of the project on a 16-acre site at Batu 9, Jalan Lama Gombak-Bentong, provided the best location for those who wanted to escape the bustle of the city after retirement. He said the idea came about three years ago, when he was looking for a place to retire with the best facilities for retirees complete with the beauty of the environment and not just a nursing home.Meanwhile, Richz Chief Executive Officer Norman Sia said the project was targeted for commercial success, which targeted RM2 billion in Gross Development Value and RM1.2 billion Gross Development Cost, with a gross profit of RM800 million. The project, which is just 10 minutes from Bentong city and 35 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, is expected to be completed in five to seven years."The project allows people to get older in an attractive environment as the river Benus crosses the border and has several hot springs. Organic durians, local fruits, natural herbs and fragrant flowers also grow in the area," he saidArtikel Penuh : https://www.sinarharian.com.my/article/42748/EDISI/Pahang/Tiada-perbincangan-berhubung-tapak-pelupusan-kekal-Lynas© 2018 Hakcipta Terpelihara Kumpulan Karangkraf
