if you check the notes at the bottom of the worldbank
page it was morocco selling at 157.50.Also this is
for 70 BPL which is 32% RP and as MAK are aiming
for 30% RP a pro rata discount will apply bringing the
price down to 147.65 usd/t.
It will be very interesting to see whats happened to
RP price since when the next update is announced on
4/4/09.
