It is supprising that DXL is trading about 5% below the value implied by the IPL sp under the takeover.
Do people think there is a real risk of the takeover failing?
If the takeover proceeds then DXL is a cheap way to buy back into IPL plus some downside protection in the form of a $2.64 minimum.
I am tempted to buy DXL but would appreciate your thoughts on the possible downside.
