Well DBK,
I finally thought IPL had settled down enough to do the trade.
I bought DXL at 144 on the close.
I calculate that gives me an entry into IPL at 12375.
IPL closed at 13400 so if all goes well with the takevover I got into IPL at a 7% discount.
