The whole purpose of my desktop look into the Mylan issue has simply been to enable myself to independently confirm a few of the basics of the Mylan arbitration case and evaluate its chances of success.Greg Collier[Chairman] is an extremely experienced biotech type and has summed up the matter pretty well at the 2017 AGM.He then indicated that the time and cost to persue the matter is entirely justified.
