"by way of an underwritten block trade executed this morning"
What does the "underwritten" mean in the above statement?
Does it mean that DAR sold to an entity who they had contracted with to sell them or else take them at that price because they hadn't been able to find a buyer at a higher price?
If so, does that mean that there are 100 million shares that the underwriting entity is still holding and will be wanting to offload into the market?
Anyway., I bought a few more this morning for $14.70 to add to my collection.
