I'm glad those people from Dubai are out. Everything about that City is fake.
What in older times would have been called Nouveau Riche.
When the GFC occurred UAE would have been broke if the Saudis & Kuwatis hadn't bailed them out.
Now the Saudis are busy building a city for miles in the middle of nowhere, probably get DAR to help them build it, throwing money around like drunken sailors.
All IMVHO.
