    You might be right in the current franatic market environment. However, that did not happen to BBI or BBP since they jumped from 3c to 11-13c now.

    There are probably other more vulnerable targets than VPG, BBI or BBP. Besides, there are many people out there who are holding such stocks in the long run, and would be reluctant to sell at such level.
