I m on the side that thinks manipulation of SP occurred. The brokers got wind that CR was on its way before us holders did hence these brokers and their clients sold their holdings in anticipation of participating in the CR. That said the CR was oversubscribed and not everyone got their full allocation. That means that they might be holding less of KNL than before they sold, and they may need to buy on market. Which is a good sign. Yes there will be stag profits but not as severe downwards sell of KNL as we may expect. The next announcements to be released very shortly should reinforce the fundamental story of KNL.
