I bought a chunk at $31 so feeling a bit sad at the moment. One possible upcoming negative is that it will soon be 12 months since the share issue last February so profit takers wanting the 50% Capital Gain discount could start offloading then. Price was $13.50 and I have some I was thinking of selling...but will hold now. Hopefully not too many sellers of these though.
