re: drums beat from africa Todays buying smacks of insider knowledge ? we havent seen large buy parcels like this for a long while $ ?from that one would assume its related to Uganda as we have seen from wpl last few drills as operator the mauritanian drills have been as tight as a drum with very few leaks and of course its easier to keep an eye on mobile phone usage out to sea ?
