I won’t “take this as a personal attack” notwithstanding that you conclude that I’m not a “reasonable person”. So let me address some of the points you raised.

Your first 2 points re OTC listing and CLQ barely moving are correct. However, just because a company doesn’t deem a report to be “price sensitive”, doesn’t mean it isn’t. Empirical evidence re the announcement of an OTC listing would support the fact that at the very least it may be, and in many instances, is.

Re your 3rd point, I agree that the CLQ off-take was very significant. However, “This was proceeded (sic) by many many more positive announcements”. I disagree with this in its entirety. And you follow this up with, “there being 17 Price sensitive announcements between the OTC listing date and your $1.18 price point in October”, especially given the fact that the $1.18 intraday high was reached on 10 March, as I correctly stated (NOT October), during which time only 5 price sensitive announcements were made, of which perhaps 1.5 of which were sensitive in my opinion – the Pengxin announcement and the S&P rebalance. Actually, the fact is that CLQ fell 2c on the day of the Pengxin announcement (guess it was price sensitive). As for, “millions of dollars of government rebates and grants”, since when is $632k “millions of dollars”?

I agree with you, “that liquidity/demand from an international market can't help drive the share price higher”, and strongly believe that PO3 will have “catalysts to help drive momentum”, that’s why I believe they have decided to OTC list now and not earlier.

As to whether I “have demonstrated a clear link between cause and effect”, of course, you are entitled to your opinion. Suffice to say that at least you did not find factual errors in my data.

I respect the noble purpose of your post, but you have not demonstarted to me "a clear link between cause and effect" as it pertains to your assertions.

Guess it's a case of each to their own and thus far investors in PO3 have not done too badly by themselves in following my HC posts. I suspect their joy will only increase in the future.
