    They have plenty of cash.
    The only reason that I can see a CR is to a strategic investor/s.
    And we all know what happened last time they did a CR.
    Fact is that I doubt BP is interested in getting diluted and Dilato can only get out if PO3 really executes, so they're only interested in doing what's best for the company.
