I think what you say may be true for the DBCT in that it could be worth more than they paid, but what the other assets are worth simply remains to be seen. Be interesting to see what they are valued at in their year end books.

I suspect DBCT may be the asset sale they need to give the whole entity the cash infusion it needs.
