The way the company had handled all the fund-raising exercises are all in the wrong way for obvious reasons !!!

The so-called "sophisticated & professional investors" who took up the recent placement at 1.6c are profiteers and they have taken a first round of huge profit on 26 Aug 09 per announcement of high gold grades and they are now trying to "kill" the SPP exercise so that they can take-up further new shares at 1.6c (as we are under-writing $1m worth of shares - they should not be given this under-writing as the take-up will be good at the huge discount but instead the directors have created a monster out of these S&P investors - maybe for obvious reason !) - These people must be the cronies of the directors out to make a killing at the expenses of the existing shareholders

These S&P investors are now using these cheap shares to dampen or strangle today's share prices

ASX should investigate into all these manipulations !!!
