So right, we are so focused on the smelting profits we seem to sideline other good things.
look at this for the marketing arm.
Revenue from the Group’s trading operations increased by 28%, from A$328.3 million for 1H 2020 to A$420.1 million for 1H 2021.. Correspondingly, the profit contribution from the Group’s trading operations also increased to A$13.8 million in the current period as compared to A$12.9 million in 1H 2020.
This past Quarter the prices had risen 100 to 150% and into January 22 and going forward plus 250%.
looking back as a rough estimate they seem to pick up approx 3% commission on totally trades.
