The diamond case is up before the courts again. Today is the first time the case has been listed since the judge has returned from holidays and he did say that he would look at the case again after he returned now that all the extraneous legal matters had been dealt with outside Chhattisgarh. Unfortunately he has been tied up with double judge hearings lately and Monday he returns to single judge hearings - our case is a single judge hearing.
Not only is it listed this time but it also is listed as case number 1 at 10.30am. Not that this seems to make too much difference - and there are a number of other cases listed to be heard at the same time by the same judge - lol.
