I'll take a stab at it,
Who are holding a few shares on good profit (let's have a wild guess and say 10c entry) but by their very business model not really interested in a long term stake in LYC and probably have a verbal with LYC to behave and not smash the SP short term.
This would also be in their best interest to maximise profit and also maintain price integrity as apparently LYC are going to sell them more @ 10c and smashing the SP to chase quick exit would to a commercial no no.
Just overhang churn in a very civilised manner, wish Twiggy would step up I hear he is moving into Li why not Ree. Maybe we should send Aus over for a meeting?
