So that is 5 days trading in the 18.5-19.0 cent band. Most popular price is 18.75 cents; no surprise there. Such a sustained holding pattern has not been seen since May in the trough around 8 cents before the 5 month upswing to 23 cents. Based on my observations, these holding patterns tend to break sharply. The question is which way and why.
I have no idea which way, but the why is linked directly to rare earth price expectations, in my opinion.
