You make some good points Hatrack, but my concern goes to the transparency of the matter wrt CEO shareholding (not just because he's on record calling anyone foolish to sell SMN shares), particularly as in last year's Remuneration Report his shareholding was declared. It is not a good look - especially for a company that may enter the ASX 200 at some point!
