Cape Verde is (as far as i am aware) awaiting project finance. Again the catalyst here is the CR. WRG and their j/v partner need to stump up some equity in order to gain project finance (approx $1m ?).
The completion of the CR will allow WRG to move forward on several fronts, Cape Verde being one of those. Once finance is in place WRG will recieve its 1st revenue from the sale of the desal unit and commence installation
