Yes Bitz but if one aint got no money having the right to participate in a minority interest its a "claytons" right. I saw a similar deal with deep pocket partners recently where weaker group just got drowned out of their interest as they couldnt stump up.

OCP no doubt like the tech which has never really been under question as CAP are a smart group of pointy heads with significant lab tie ups as I understand.

I think the OCP announcement was for rare earths wasn't it between CAP and OCP ? So many announcements of new deals I cant recall exactly.

Hopefully the India partner starts this thing commercialising before the music stops.....i havent got much faith of WRG doing it especially if con note went to pay executive fees......

Pity they didnt just stop running around when they had the cash to do Cape Verde. Its not much cash to do it and the change event is commercial application of the great tech CAP have worked on......from a tech point of view its bloody cheap entry to this end of water.
