My understanding of the new arrangement with the asian liscence is that WRG has the right to participate in any project generated by the partner. For arguements sake lets say that WRG passes on the first project that comes along. The liscence holder will still need to purchase the desal unit from WRG which will generate revenue. They cannot be "diluted" as i see it but they may not have an ongoing interest in ALL projects generated by the j/v. IMO this is a good move as it means that Mandala will not be held back by WRG funding position and can therefore move forward generating much needed sales revenue for WRG.

One thing we absolutely agree on is that this represents a bloody cheap entry
