sadly The only way that will happen is if management are replaced with a commercial team willing to change the model instead of feed their pockets.
I don't reckon Cape Verde will go ahead. As with every other deal by the time they have the cash they will have flashed another carrot "bigger than Ben hur" project and lose focus chasing rainbows

Unfortunately given management have it every way in exec salaries shares and lifestyle we are left for dead. I doubt they will do the right thing. .

This co won't change till the greed ends.

Betting on the tech yes reckon the only bloke here who has done what he said is Robert Campbell and his US team. The rest should go home hold their swagger of poorly incentivised shares, options (which they dont hand back) and let someone deliver this tech home.
