    But I think the $25M is hopeful after selling out control of one of the largest markets for this tech India where WRG no longer has control at 49% with a partner having deep pockets.

    I think they tried Saudi already and Dubai and Morocco and India and Mexico ......all with the same result.

    Bitz am not sure why you are curious as to people being somewhat disheartened after a multitude of announcements since IPO none delivering much comfort.
