WELL, IT JUST DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE, WHEN YOU HAVE THE FREESTONE GROUP INDICATING THAT THEY WILL RESIGN IF SH ALSO APPROVE ANY OF RESOLUTIONS 7 TO 12 AT THE 2PM MEETING.
C. Important information regarding the Board majority recommended Freestone Proposal The Board majority recommended FreestoneProposal, which was announced by the Company on 15 May 2012, pursuant to which Messrs Cottee, Herrington and Gasteen have made themselves available for appointment as Directors of the Company pursuant to this Notice of Meeting, is subject to the resolutions proposed by the Requisitioning Shareholders not being passedat the 2pm Meeting. Accordingly, if Resolutions 2, 3 and 4 ofthis Notice of Meeting are passed, but Shareholders also approve any of Resolutions 7 to 12 (inclusive) at the 2pm Meeting, Messrs Cottee, Herrington and Gasteen have indicated that they intend to resign as Directors, and the proposal for the ongoing development of the Company proposed by Freestone will not proceed.
