You conflate the acceptance of Cottee and our total support for Cottee and co, with an automatic obligation to stop opposing Askin and co.

I have seen nothing form Mr Cottee signed by him that says he and his co directors will resign.

I see a statement to that effect from Mr Askin and co.

In any event, the shareholders do not want Askin and co there, its time to bring in a new board, and get the company moving.

The old board have not covered himself with glory in the manner of handling the JH matter and or the way they have managed the company since removing him and or the manner and method of the meetings.

A 1st year law student can see that their is significant misleading and deceptive situations in the documents.

Nope Askin and co must go and it will be the shareholders exercisng their rights who will do it.
