What I can say with certainty at the moment is that resolution No 2 as placed on the agenda only provides for one off and one on.
You have no ability as the resolution currently stands to vote for both or vote for neither.
No doubt the shareholders would like that choice, but the current board has placed a resolution before us that effectvly says JH or RC!!
A take it or leave it attitude on the part of the board.
