Again you are incorrect, each resolution stands alone the alternate directors have withdrawn their consent to act as directors, and therefore their resolutions to stand for election cannot proceed.
However the resolutions to remove (or or re-elect Whittle) can and will go to the vote.
As Cottee and co wil have our support there will be at least 3 new directors.
Askin and Co (Including Whittle)will get voted off.
Leaving at least 3 (Cotte, and co and maybe JH)
