I agree Whittle will go to vote at the 12noon meeting. This is to replace an old guard (Faull?)who is retiring.
Cottee directorship is tied to the CEO position. Is Cottee or JH. JH will be removed in the RC resolution.
With the withdrawal of the rebel directors, the 2pm meeting is not required, moving all the capital raising resolutions to 12 noon. The 2pm time slot will be kept for celebration. To save cost, it is a BYO.
