Yeah, I thought it was a phase I/II; I think this was explained at some point. The dosage of Veyonda is significantly increased over DARRT-1, and the number of cycles increased, which will necessitate proving safety at these new level in a phase I stage.
I expect they will clarify soon enough.
With all the recent talk about pipelines and platforms, there is also a chance that they have a newer iteration of Veyonda in their back pocket that they think has better efficacy, and want to leave some gas in the tank for that. Pure speculation.
