    Technically There is no doubt and if I was Short term trading this I would be out at resistance i.e sold (17c) for this short term up trend, as it still stuck in a medium term trading range and a long term down trend Technically.

    How ever I believe at some point in 2013 we will receive big unexpected news...

    and will continue to hold.
