I had three holdings - one in my SMSF which I sold, one in my wife's name which we still have and a very small $600 holding in my own name which was my insurance against a capital raising, although the recent practice of renounceable raisings has invalidated this form of insurance. Given that I will get about $570 cash back for my $600 holding, I will have $30 of Dart shares in my own name. I asked the company if they would have a purchase program for small holdings. There reply was
"There is no intention to buy small shareholdings of Dart shares. Your
Dart shareholding may only be worth a small amount now but Dart Energy
has some very promising acreage in several energy hungry markets."
Even if its a ten bagger over ten years, my holding will only be worth $300.......
Maybe I can turn it into a bigger holding when Dart do a capital raising.
