    Problem is we don't have any idea what DART is worth - and as shareholders in a deal this far progressed you would think out of basic respect for long term holders we would not be so in the dark.

    As far as I am concerned Dart is currently over valued by about 32cents until proven otherwise.

    Second bid is our only hope............let the resources speak for themselves as the Board have chosen not to.
