    I thought it must have been in the US from the title, but it looks like a NSW number plate, and the pump is in litres.

    That will be testing the capability of the spill kit.

    Calling 000 on the mobile might even be enough ignition energy for that one.

    The mind boggles how one gets to pump 200+ litres without realising something was going on.
