Darwin (and others in the UK), would like to get your thoughts on the following that I found on Drill or Drop:

The Government is considering how it will bring major shale planning decisions under the National Planning Regime and will announce our preferred way forward in due course. Link to transcript 15 November 2017"
Is the government waiting to see if shale gas is viable before they designate it as NSIP? Thanks for your thoughts.
