I'd hazard a guess and say Francis and the team are all too well aware of renewables, anti's, slow bureaucracy, and all operational hiccups, yet they still are willing to spend millions of dollars drilling.
Sometimes we just have to read between the lines, and be patient. To quote a well travelled reply......."we'll be there when we're there"
