At this point in time I tend to disagree. They have 3 200,000TPA Biodiesel plants ready to go in Singapore and each one would probably require about $20 million worth of feedstock to get up and running.
Singapore has enough room to expand to 2,400,000TPA* which would conservatively generate $3 billion worth of sales at today's prices
I know Navygulf has suggested this before but I still think it is better to keep the money in the bank till you need it to support production rather than using it to increase your production capacity by another 10%
I think it would be better to wait for an announcement telling us that Biodiesel production is up and running in Singapore than one telling us they have 100% ownership of the Darwin Plant
*It could be pointed out that they would need access to the oilf from about a million hectares of Jatropha and would require about another $500 million to build the additional second generation Biodiesel Plants for that to become a reality of course
