Plus the port isnt going anywhere, the NT government has a clause to terminate in case of default, we were going to use existing infrastructure, agreement is non binding, we dont have a DSO plan or customer yet, it will continue to run until a new lessee can be found which wouldnt take long imo. Government still owns 20%.
So on balance its no biggy. Lets find some decent spod first before we start worrying about the intricacies of shipping it.
