hi guys, just came back from Darwin. If anybody is thinking of investing in property they should have a look at Darwin. Any 3brm house that comes up for rent it gets snapped up at around 400 -450 bucks a week,forget about 4 brm.The place is booming .The big boys are spending about 1.1 bln on one of their marinas building hotels,apart. and wave pool for safe swimming.I will go back as soon as i finish building two units here in melbourne. ps. just an opinion guys but i was verry impressed.oh i allmost forgot there are about 20,000 defence force pers. baced in Darwin as well.
