guys stop rubishing each other, all i will say is that they dont make land any more and with the pop. in australia exp. to reach 25ml.by 2020 if you can buy and hold for a few years you can make a ml.or two. money doesnt come easy or quick.i,ll give you an axemple. bought showroom in 1993 for 325k leased for avr.of about 46k all this time (back then you could buy them on a 13% return)and now its worth about 1.1ml.(on a 60k return) or bought a house in 79 for 36k and when i put two units on it i can sell them for about 400k each or rent them for about $350 a week.
