BLUE i dont know if the dollar is hurting tourism but all the bars and rest. are full every night and the tour op. are making a killing.a lot of people are moving up there and also there was a comment on the bis. chan. about Darwin property market. and if you can get the army in on a good lease, they will pay for most of it.I have comm, retail. and res. prop. in melbourne but i think the next boom will be in Darwin.
