With these guys you get what you pay for.
From my discussiona with them it would seem that they would rather have you as an advised client, and you pay accordingly.
I am a great believer in having someone doing all the drudgery work while all I want to do is look for likely prospects to invest in, so for me I use Super Concepts, Fast Track Service, and i have found them to be excellent.
Your guys are way cheaper but you do get what you pay for.
