We've used them for about 10 years, other than a brief unhappy period when our accountant persuaded us to use him.
They are very good at SMSF admin (we don't use the advisory service other than occasionally for specific issues). You get a dedicated manager who answers emails and phone calls promptly and in our experience there are no hidden charges or extras. They don't for example charge for setting up pensions.
They're also very straight on commissions. Everything is fee for service and all commissions including trails are rebated, to the point of tedium where we get a small cheque for something we invested in years ago.
Particularly good if you have a larger fund as the fee is capped.
