Uniden do a pretty good one that JB Hifi sell.
It really depends if you want one thats hard wired or just active through your cigarette lighter...
The uniden one I have is decent quality, but the battery life is terrible! It is not the size of a navman, it is about 60mm? wide by 40mm? though that is just a guess!
