I got myself a dash cam ages ago but have never caught any crashes but heaps of red light runners etc. GF has caught a few crashes way in front or off to the side and once again plenty of red light runners and people just being stupid.
I do tend to watch the dash cam uploads on FB from time to time. A few make me think geesh! and others you just swear at the screen at what absolute dickheads there are on the road.
I'm curious to know what people think of this one though. Obviously insurance will place the dashcam vehicle at fault (in the eyes of the law) but if you were to take it to court would you think they would get off?
